FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you paint commissions?
Yes - I am currently only taking on a select number of commissions.
Please use this contact form to reach out and enquire.
Are your artworks original or prints?
I offer both! Each product page clearly states whether the piece is an original or a print.
My Originals over a certain size are currently only available in Australia. If you are an international customer, please get in touch HERE, and I can see which options are available to you.
Can I print on canvas?
Yes, my prints are also available to print on canvas and have them stretched/framed. This will need to be requested and an additional cost will be emailed to you. Please get in contact HERE.
What is the difference between printing on canvas & fine art paper?
The biggest difference between these two materials, is that they have different textures and require different frames. Canvas can be stretched and framed without glass /acrylic, and mirrors the original shape well, whereas fine art paper requires glass/acrylic for framing. Both are UV resistant, with a matte finish, true to the original colour.
It is mainly based on personal taste, and the aesthetic of where your print will find a home.
What paper are the PRINTS printed on?
All prints are produced on premium, museum-grade paper using archival inks to ensure longevity, depth, and tonal clarity. Canvas is also an option to re-print on using the same quality inks.
Where can I view your work in person?
Unfortunately, I don't have a public showroom.
However, follow along on instagram for upcoming exhibitions and events: @lucymareeart
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of art and limited editions, all sales are final.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assist.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes we can, depending on the design.
Please get in touch by filling out this request form or emailing lucymareemakeup@gmail.com.
How to care for my artwork?
When cared for correctly and kept out of direct sunlight, prints are designed to last for decades without fading. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperature changes. Handle with clean hands and frame prints behind glass for best preservation.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Prints are made to order. Please allow time for production, plus shipping time.
Originals are dispatched within a few business days unless otherwise stated.
Commission timeframes are calculate per request. Continue your Commission Request form here.
