Production Timeframes
Your piece is delicately wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, and is shipped in a heavy mailing tube (standard size rolled print), or boxes (for framed prints up to A1)*.

*Originals and Commissions may be sent via Pack & Send couriers (sizes over A1 or 120cm). However additional shipping fees may apply.

Standard Print will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks* as most items are print to order and framing is done professionally by hand.

*This timeframe may be pushed to 4 weeks for dispatch over a sale period. Shipping and timelines are calculated per frame; adjustments may apply for multiple framed prints.

Domestic Shipping Timeframes

Shipping is sent via Standard* Australia Post or trusted couriers.
Tracking numbers will be provided via email upon dispatch of your order.

*If you wish to send your order Express, please reach out to us. Though the mentioned production timeframes still apply. Express will only guarantee the postal aspect of your order.

International Shipping

We can send Prints & unframed orders WORLDWIDE.

We primarily use Australia Post and Pack & Send service (who outsource to couriers like FedEx, DHL & UPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout as a flat rate and are based on weight of product.

All orders are in-line with the production timeframes mentioned above and are then sent via the service's standard international timeframes (dependent on location)*.

*If you need your order expedited, please reach out personally and we will see what may be possible.

Shipping Policy

We pack your orders with care in hopes that your pieces arrive safely..​

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the same level of care at each stage of transport and post.​

It is very rare we have issues, but in the event that there is any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with any photos of faults and we can arrange something for you. 

Return / Exchange Policy

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any consumer faults (such as change of mind, misuse, sizing issues).

Please choose carefully when buying. More photos of the work can be provided on request.
